QUEZON City, Philippines – As of 10 in the morning, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte continues to lead in the partial and unofficial election results gathered by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas. Duterte has more than 15 million votes.
