QUEZON City, Philippines – Former Civil Service Commission Chairman Francisco Duque III sees no problem with President-elect Rodrigo Duterte’s statement saying that his working hours will start at 1 in the afternoon. Duque added that, in truth, the President’s job is 24 hours and that Duterte should be given the opportunity to adjust to his new position.
