QUEZON City, Philippines – The camp of Senator Bongbong Marcos proposed to incoming President Rodrigo Duterte the formation of an investigating committee to look into the issue of under-vote in the vice-presidential race. The Marcos camp will also file an electoral complaint within 30 days after the proclamation of incoming Vice President Leni Robredo.
