QUEZON City, Philippines – Incoming Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency chief Isidro Lapeña will look into the procedures of the agency in securing confiscated illegal drugs after receiving reports that the illegal drugs stored in the agency were released and sold by PDEA agents.
