QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) is hoping that the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) will not hinder the serving of the warrant of arrests against its members who were involved in the Mamasapano incident, since such provisions were included in the peace agreement with the said group.
