(Eagle News)– One of the suspects in the death of Horacio Castillo III has been provisionally accepted to the Witness Protection Program.
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre said Mark Ventura provided a “clear declaration” of what transpired in the night of Sept. 16, during the Sept. 17 initation rites, up to the time Castillo was rushed to the hospital.
Aguirre said if anyone wanted to be admitted to the WPP, only one would be accepted to “corroborate” Ventura’s narration.
