(Eagle News)–An alarm level 2 has been hoisted over the Marikina River.
This was after water levels breached the 16-meter mark.
Under an alarm level 2, residents are required to prepare for evacuation.
Rains continued to pound parts of the country even with “Ompong” weakened as it moves off the coast of Laoag in Ilocos Norte as of 11 a.m.
