Vice President Jejomar Binay explained that all efforts were made to save the life of Joselito Zapanta, an overseas Filipino worker that was executed in Saudi Arabia.
Binay added that aside from diplomatic and legal efforts, his office also coordinated with the Department of Foreign Affairs and that he personally sent a letter to the King of Saudi Arabia.
