According to the hydrologists of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical and Services Administration (PAGASA), there is a slight increase in the water level of the Angat Dam.
Said water level increase removes the Angat Dam from the critical level but PAGASA warned that this is still not enough due to the strong EL Niño phenomenon.
