(Eagle News)—Another suspect in the killing of Christine Silawan has been arrested.
Authorities, however, refused to divulge any information about the identity of the suspect, who is in police custody.
The police had tagged a 17-year-old boy as the main suspect in the killing of the Cebuana student in March.
The boy, police said, was charged as an adult.
Silawan’s body was found in an empty lot in Lapu Lapu on March 11.
Her head had been skinned, leaving her skull exposed.
