APEC leaders confirm their attendance in APEC Summit in the Philippines

Cabinet Secretary Jose Rene Almendras announced that the president of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, as well as 19 other leaders, confirmed their attendance to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in the Philippines.
