APEC Summit may tackle US-China relations and Paris terrorist attack

Leaders of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation may tackle in their upcoming summit the terrorist attack on Paris, France as well as the rivalry between the United States of America and China.

Some senior diplomats express apprehension of including the Paris attack, saying that it may draw the attention of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.
