APRUB – Link Center for the Deaf

Nakatuon ang Link Center for the Deaf sa mga aktibidad at pag-aaral na tumutukoy sa mga “Deaf People”. Ito ay upang matutunan nilang makisama at makibahagi sa ating komunidad. Makipagkaisa sa bawat indibidwal at maituro ang kahalagahan ng kaugnayan ng mga magulang-guro at anak. Sa pamamagitan ng sign languages at workshops, nagkakaroon ng isang magandang practice para sa pagkakaroon ng komunikasyon. At naitataguyod ang potensyal ng bawat kabataan na nagtataglay nito.
