(Eagle News)–At least 14 people, mostly children, have been rushed to the hospital after they reportedly inhaled an excessive amount of chlorine while swimming in a pool in Pandi, Bulacan on Friday, April 19.
The police said the victims, between 3 years old and 22 years old, all complained of stomach pain and dizziness after swimming in the pool in Barangay Bagong Barrio around 9 a.m.
Some of them also reportedly vomited.
The authorities said the resort management did not immediately report the incident to the police.
Police are still probing the incident.
