(Eagle News) — Baguio City registered its lowest temperature for this month, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
The Civil Defense of Cordillera, based on the monitoring of the PAGASA Baguio Synoptic Station, said the 10.4 degrees Celsius temperature was recorded at 6 am.
PAGASA said this was colder than the 13.2 degrees Celsius Baguio registered yesterday, January 21.
According to PAGASA, this was due to the northeast monsoon or “Amihan” that continues to prevail over Northern Luzon.
