MANILA, Philippines, June 26 (Eagle News) — In response to the statement of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) that they will into the suspected conspiracy between bakers and flour millers regarding the continuing high price of baked goods, a group of bakers said that there is no conspiracy and that they actually cannot lower the price of baked goods because the price of flour remains high.
