Bayan Muna party-list representative Carlos Zarate said that the committee is composed of 75 members from the majority and minority.
The committee will conduct and supervised the public hearings on the BBL.
Possible topics in the committee discussions will include the differences between the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro, the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro and the draft of the Bangsamoro Basic Law.
Zarate admitted that the passing of the BBL will be long process.
