Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos leads Independence Day celebration

LIPA City, Philippines – Batangas Governor Vilma Santos lead the Independence Day celebrations of the Batangas province which was held at Lipa City. Batangas is one of the eight provinces that first rebelled against Spanish colonial rule.
