To show his determination regarding the passage of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) at the resumption of the session of the House of Representatives on January 19, House Speaker Sonny Balmonte did not approved the motion of making a Plan B in the event of the non-passage of the BBL.
Belmonte added that the House leadership is taking steps to ensure that there is a quorum so that there will be a quick progress on the passage of the BBL.
