BENGUET, Philippines, August 26 (Eagle News) — The search and retrieval operations being conducted in Benguet continues to face difficulties as minor landslides continue to plague the area.
There is also a shortage of needed equipment as well as the fact that the volunteers cannot all go to the area because of the danger.
