QUEZON City, Philippines, June 22 (Eagle News) — The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) is planning to procure an additional 71 patrol vessels, adding that it is important for the Philippines to maintain such a high number of patrol vessels to protect the interests of local fishermen.
