QUEZON City, Philippines – Presidential Communications Office Assistant Secretary Anna Marie Banaag admitted that it was President Rodrigo Duterte himself that gave permission on the protests conducted by anti-Marcos groups regarding the internment of the late President Ferdinand Marcos in the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
As such, the Malacañang is confident that the anti-Marcos’ Black Friday protest will not lead to a People Power to oust the President out of power.
