MANILA, Philippines, August 25 (Eagle News) — Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner Albert Lina said that he is ready to explain in front of Congress after the lawmaking body said that it will investigate the strict inspection conducted by the BOC on balikbayan boxes to prevent smuggling.
