Britain’s Duchess of Cambridge opens new home for families of sick children

LONDON, ENGLAND, United  Kingdom (Reuters) — Britain’s Duchess of Cambridge on Tuesday (February 28) opened a new London residence for sick children and their families being treated at a nearby hospital.

The Duchess, wearing a blue skirt suit, spent time chatting to children and their parents at the Ronald McDonald House Evelina London.

The residence provides accommodation for the families of children being treated at Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

The Duchess ended her visit by unveiling a plaque to commemorate her visit.
