MUNTINLUPA City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Chief Frankilin Bucayao asked President Benigno S. Aquino III to replace him as he faced death threats and health problems. According to President Aquino, he already interviewed possible replacements for Bucayo.
