ORMOC, Leyte, August 18 (Eagle News) — According to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), the burned vessel MV Wonderful Star must be transferred immediately to prevent the possibility of an oil spill as well as the possibility of damages to the port due to the coming of the super-typhoon.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), on the other hand, does not want to move the vessel as long as the investigation is ongoing.
