The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) went to the Department of Foreign Affairs to protest the harassment made by Chinese military against their team in the Pag-asa Island in the West Philippine Sea.
The CAAP team went to the said island in order to scout for an area where they can construct a radar to monitor civil flights in the area when members of the Chinese military prohibited them from doing said action.
