CAGAYAN (Eagle News) — The Cagayan government is now monitoring its ongoing pre-emptive evacuations in areas prone to landslides and storm surges.
In an interview in Agila Balita Alas Dose, Cagayan Governor Manuel Mamba said at least 150 families are in evacuation centers as of 12 noon Wednesday, October 19.
