Cagayan residents, evacuated

Ph_locator_misamis_oriental_cagayan_de_oroResidents of the towns of Gonzaga and Aparri, Cagayan were evacuated due to the threat of floods brought by “Luis”.

According to the report, the preemptive evacuation affected 153 families.

Another 300 families were evacuated in Divilacan, Dinapigue and Maconacon, Isabela.

Tuguegarao City experienced widespread brownout as well as other towns in Cagayan, including the provinces of Kalinga and Apayao, after a trip-off at the National Grid Corporation.

NGCP made measures to return electricity in the affected areas.
