QUEZON City, Philippines, May 19 (Eagle News) — The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) issued an advisory announcing that various areas in Cagayan will experience a power interruption that will last for ten hours. The reason for said power outage is the replacement of old electric posts in the said area.
