LOS Angeles, California, USA (Reuters) — DJ and producer Calvin Harris took to Twitter to vent after celebrity publication People magazine published an article saying that his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift helped in writing Harris’ hit with Rihanna, ‘This Is What You Came For’.

At first, Harris took to the social media site praising Swift posting a link to the article saying “And she sings on a little bit too. Amazing lyric writer and she smashed it as usual”.

He added “I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym”. Swift used the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg as co-writer on the track, People announced sourcing Swift’s representative.

Harris’ tone then changed and he tweeted “Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though”.

Swift and Harris split from each other over a month ago and now Swift has been seen dating British actor Tom Hiddleston, who she reportedly met at this year’s Met Gala in New York.

“I figure if you’re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do,” he went on to write, adding “I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it / Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you’ve earned a great one”.

He finished his tweets by writing “God bless everyone have a beautiful day” and then posted a link to the video for ‘This Is What You Came For’ on YouTube.

Harris and Swift started dating in March 2015.
