Catapang proposes naval base in Batanes

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff General Pio Catapang proposed the establishment of a naval base in Batanes to guard the country’s territory against illegal poachers from Taiwan.
