Falsification, perjury cases against actor Richard Gutierrez submitted for resolution before DOJ

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — The cases of falsification of documents and perjury filed against actor Richard Gutierrez by the Bureau of Internal Revenue have been “submitted for resolution” before the Department of Justice. The actor filed a rejoinder-affidavit with the DOJ alleging that he did not personally prepare the documents submitted to the BIR. Gutierrez also claimed that the BIR did not exhaust administrative remedies before filing the case with the DOJ.
