Crime rate in the Philippines reduced by 50%

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The criminal rate in the Philippines is down by 50 percent, according to President Rodrigo Duterte. The President said that the reduction of the crime rate by half even occurred within the first three months of his administration.

Senate approves resolution against playing of De Lima ‘sex tape’

Albuera town mayor Rolando Espinosa arrested

  (Eagle News)– Police arrested on Wednesday (October 5) Albuera town Mayor Rolando Espinosa for possession of 11.4 kilos of illegal drugs and illegal possession of firearms that were retrieved in his home during a raid in August. Senate inquiry on killings to resume minus Matobato
