Duterte eyes stronger ties with Hanoi

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — President Rodrigo R. Duterte is set to leave tomorrow for Hanoi, Vietnam, as part of his introductory visits to member-countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN.
