Third “narco-list” includes 40 judges and names of Chinese nationals

COMELEC to reopen voters’ registration on October 3

QUEZON City, Philippines – Confident that the Sangguniang Kabataan and barangay elections will be postponed this year, the Commission on Elections post the schedule for the resumption of voters’ registration.
