3 Moderate Quakes Jolt Provinces of Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao on Monday
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, three moderate earthquakes struck the country today. The first quake, with a magnitude of 3.3 struck North Cotabato.
