(Reuters) — At least 15 people were killed, mostly school students, and 40 injured in a bus accident in eastern Prachin Buri province during a school trip to the beach on Friday (February 28). BOC Extends Port Operations in Manila

The Bureau of Customs extended the operating hours of the Port of Manila and the Manila International Container Port to help those affected by the truck ban in Manila. Customs commissioner John Sevilla said that since Thursday,operations in the two ports started at 8 am., and ended at 9 p.m.  On Saturdays, operations start at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.
