Hong Kong pro-democracy protesters injured

In Hong Kong, 26 demonstrators were injured after being subjected to tear gas and beatings in the continuing pro-democracy rallies. This resulted in the declaration of formal civil disobedience in the said Chinese territory, where classes and work were suspended. Said demonstration is now at its third day. An estimated 100 activists were arrested due to joining in the pro-democracy rally.
