Typhoon Dujuan hit southwestern China on Tuesday (September 29), causing gusty winds and rains, state media reported. Dujuan made landfall at around 8:50 a.m. (0050 GMT) in the coastal city of Putian after sweeping through parts of Taiwan, CCTV said.
