G7 Countries suspended participation in G8’s activities

In a statement issued by the leaders of United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, France, Germany, Canada and United States issued a statement saying that they have withdrawn from participating in activities of G8. The Group of Seven said that Russia’s actions in the recent weeks are not in line with the group’s beliefs.
