Flight cancellations for Monday, Jan. 16

(Eagle News) — Several flights were cancelled on Monday, Jan. 16, due to the bad weather. According to the Manila International Airport Authority, the following flights are covered by the cancellation: PAL Express (2P) 2P 2932/2933 Manila-Basco-Manila The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration earlier raised a rainfall advisory over parts of Luzon and Visayas.

LRTA: Proposed LRT-1, LRT-2 fare increases to go through process

Implementation of number-coding scheme suspended from Oct. 29 to Nov. 1: MMDA

(Eagle News) — The implementation of the number coding scheme is suspended starting October 29. According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, the suspension will be in effect until November 1. The number-coding scheme will again be implemented starting November 2. The MMDA has said the suspension was to pave the way for the upcoming long holiday.
