Gadon complaint vs Chief Justice Sereno found “sufficient in form”

(Eagle News) — The impeachment complaint filed by lawyer Larry Gadon against Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno has been found sufficient in form. Thirty lawmakers voted for the sufficiency in form of the complaint, vis a vis the four who voted against. Gadon has accused Sereno of receiving “exorbitant” lawyer’s fees, and of purchasing a Land Cruiser at a price that was way beyond what it supposedly really cost,among others.
