Russia, Japan ready to help in PHL counter-terrorism campaign

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Russia and Japan have expressed their readiness to help the Philippines in its campaign against terrorism. Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano said that Russia also supported the Philippines’ campaign against illegal drugs.   He said Japan is also committed to help the country’s infrastructure campaign as well as in the rehabilitation of Marawi City.
