The Court of Appeals has acquitted Janet Lim Napoles, the accused mastermind in the multi-billion peso pork barrel scam, in the serious illegal detention case filed by whistleblower Benhur Luy. Pag-ako ng IS sa Quiapo blasts, pinabulaanan ng PNP

(Eagle News) — Personal na bangayan at hindi terorismo ang dahilan ng panibagong pagsabog sa Quiapo, Maynila. Ito ang iginiit ng Philippine National Police (PNP) matapos na namang akuin ng teroristang Islamic State Group ang mga nasabing pagsabog. Ayon sa pahayag ng IS,  pawang fighters nila ang nagsagawa ng pagsabog at limang Shiites umano ang nasawi dahil dito. Gayunman, pinabulaanan ito ng PNP at nilinaw na hindi ito terorismo.
