QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — Earthquakes struck parts of northern and southern Philippines on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. The first earthquake took place at 7:28 a.m., at 22 kilometers northwest of Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte. Intensity 1 was felt in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte and Intensity 2 in Claveria, Cagayan.There was no reported damage yet.
