Justice Secretary Leila De Lima said that the DOJ is considering investigating the issues being hurled against Vice-President Jejomar Binay, saying that the Department can offer the aid of its arm, the National Bureau of Investigation, to assist the Senate Blue Ribbon sub-committee. She added that the DOJ can also conduct a separate investigation.
