Vendor, victim of hit and run in Quirino Ave.
A 23-year old vendor was a victim of a hit-and-run when he approached a trailer truck in Quirino Ave. According to witnesses, Edmund Francisco was approaching the driver’s side of the truck, when the driver opened the door. When the vendor was near the truck, the driver suddenly closed the door and hit him intentionally. The authorities are still in pursuit of the truck.

MMDA and Makati lifts number coding scheme for Araw ng Kagitingan
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the Makati City government lifted the number-coding scheme in celebration of the Araw ng Kagitingan. This means that motorists with plate numbers ending in 5 and 6 will be able to travel tomorrow. The number-coding scheme will again be implemented on Thursday.
