Employment rate pegged at 95.7% in May: PSA

(Eagle News) — The employment rate in the country was pegged at 95.7% in May, a 0.2 percent increase from the employment rate reported the month before. According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, the 95.7% translates to  48.26 million people employed. President Bongbong Marcos signs New Agrarian Emancipation Act

Under Republic Act No. 11953, the amortization of principal payments, interest and penalties on land tilled by agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) are condoned and written off by the government. PHL inflation rate eases to 5.4% in June

(Eagle News)–The Philippines’ inflation rate slowed to 5.4 percent in June, the Philippine Statistics Authority said. DOTr to construct additional 470 kilometers of bike lanes across country
