(Eagle News)–The Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Southern Mindanao. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Metro Manila will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms as a result.
